Aryan Mehta Wins Big at the 2026 World Cadet Chess Championships

We are incredibly proud to share the recent success of one of our standout students on the global stage. Aryan Mehta recently traveled to Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia, to compete in the prestigious 2026 FIDE World Cadet & Youth Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships.

A Top-Tier Finish in the Blitz Category

Blitz chess is a fast-paced discipline that demands lightning-fast reflexes and calm nerves. Competing against top international champions, Aryan demonstrated why he is considered an elite tactical mind.

Through our professional chess coaching and his own relentless dedication, he remained clinical under immense psychological pressure. Aryan finished the tournament with an exceptional shared 4th place in the U12 Blitz category. This achievement is a major milestone for both Aryan and the Signature Chess Club community.

Aryan’s success in Serbia went beyond the game board. He also excelled in the 1st FIDE Cadet U12 Blitz Solving Championship, a unique challenge where players solve Grandmaster-level puzzles under a ticking clock.

Aryan amassed 38 points in the Boys U12 division, earning 2nd Place overall and a Silver Medal. His geometric vision and puzzle-solving architecture are truly world-class, proving that the training protocols at Signature Chess Club produce results on a global scale.
